staff bios Barton R. Williams Owner, President, and CEO Bart graduated from Elyria High School in 1979.  He then entered Memphis State University in Memphis, Tennessee and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology, majoring in Construction Technology.  While in college Bart was awarded a scholarship from the Shelby County Home Builders Association, and was placed on the National Deans List for achieving a high grade point average. In 1984, upon graduation from college, Bart began working full time for Williams Brothers Builders, Inc.  He previously had worked for Williams Brothers during his summers off from college and high school.  When Bart was a young boy his father Robert Williams would bring him out to jobsites with him. Bart learned the construction industry from the bottom up and now is responsible for all day to day operations of the firm, including estimating, bidding, and project management.
